Q: What are the office hours? A: Monday - Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Q: What is the main number to call? A: (412) 366-7040.
Q: How long is the term for a signed lease? A: Leases are offered for 12 months.
Q: Are pets allowed? A: Cats are welcome.
Q: Do I need renter's insurance? A: Renter's insurance is required. Before you move in, it is important for you to obtain renters' insurance. This is a special insurance policy that protects the contents of your apartment from loss or damage due to fire, theft, or other catastrophic events. A policy of this type is quite affordable. The premium is calculated based upon the value of your furniture and other personal possessions.
Q: Who arranges the utilities? A: Because utilities such as electric, cable, Wi-Fi, Internet service and telephone service will be placed in your name, it is your responsibility to call and order service before you move in. Gas is set up through the rental office.
Q:What about laundry? A: Apartments are equipped with coin-operated machines in each building, and the townhomes are equipped with washer/dryer hookups.
