Q:   How long is the term for a signed lease?
A:   Leases are offered for 12 months.

A: Absolutely! Just click here. 

Q:   Do I need renter's insurance?
A:   Renter's insurance is required. Before you move in, it is important for you to obtain renters' insurance. This is a special insurance policy that protects the contents of your apartment from loss or damage due to fire, theft, or other catastrophic events. A policy of this type is quite affordable. The premium is calculated based upon the value of your furniture and other personal possessions.
